Cancer Lifeline Patient Financial Assistance Fund
The Cancer Lifeline Patient Financial Assistance Fund provides financial assistance to low-income patients with cancer. The fund can be used for living or medical expenses. Eligible applicants must be within a three month window of active treatment, live or receive treatment in specific Western Washington counties, and meet low-income requirements. For more information about eligibility and the application process, email [email protected] or call (206) 832-1282.
Applications are submitted by social workers assigned to or requested by patients (or another healthcare representative if no social worker is available) on a regular basis, at times communicated to social workers by Cancer Lifeline.
Please contact the facility where you are receiving your cancer treatment about assigning you a social worker or someone who can help you apply for this assistance.
If you have any additional questions please call and leave a voicemail on our financial assistance line at (206) 832-1282 or email [email protected]
