Eating Right For Cancer Survival

Cancer Lifeline is proud to collaborate with the Cancer Project on this nutrition series. We will discuss a variety of cancer-related nutrition topics and cover how to prepare several simple, well balanced meals made from the “New Four Food Groups:” whole grains, legumes, vegetables, and fruit. Learn how and why to build your diet from fiber-rich, low fat, antioxidant-filled, immune-boosting plant foods that are loaded with cancer-fighting nutrients. Please plan on attending all 4 classes.
