Gentle Yoga
Practice easy stretches, postures, guided meditation and breathing exercises in this gentle therapeutic yoga class. Please bring your own mat, and plan to arrive five to ten minutes before scheduled class time. Due to the popularity of these classes, please register only if you believe you can commit to the majority of classes in each session. Evergreen participants should select either the Monday or Friday class, not both.
