Qigong: Soaring Crane Five Routines
Qigong can improve energy levels, increase mental clarity and enhance emotional balance. Whether learning Soaring Crane Qigong as a beginner or deepening your practice, this class is for you! The essential practice of SCQ is a movement-based meditation known as the Five Routines. Each class will begin with detailed instruction on one of these Routines followed by group practice of all Five Routines. Beginners are encouraged to observe the second half of the class. Please plan to attend all classes in this series. Optional practice materials available for purchase.
