Qigong Beginning Soaring Crane
Gentle movements and visualization increase focus, energy and well-being. First-time participants and anyone trying out Qigong should attend one of these beginning sessions, starting with the first class. Participants will learn two Remedy Routines and begin learning the Five Routines.
