NORTHBOUND ON I-405

Take the NE 124th Street/Totem Lake Boulevard exit
Take the Totem Lake Boulevard exit, and proceed straight at the light to NE 130th Lane
Turn right into the main entrance
Follow the signs to the Main Entrance
Turn right into the Parking Garage

SOUTHBOUND ON I-405

PARKING

There is free parking in the Garage.

ROOM DIRECTIONS

For all the Evergreen rooms:

Park in the Garage. Take the Blue Zone elevator to the A level and follow signs to the Evergreen Hospital Medical Center Blue Entrance.
Pass the gift shop and information booth on your left.
Take the escalator down to the first floor.

For Tan 100, 101 and 140

At the bottom of the escalator, turn right and follow signs to the Tan Zone-the Evergreen Surgery and Physicians Center (ESPC).
Go straight down the long hall to the lobby.
Tan 100 and Tan 101 will be on your right in the main hallway.
Tan 140 will be straight ahead and to the left through the double doors.

For Green B 204.2

At the bottom of the escalator, turn left to the Green Zone.
Pass Health Corners, Diagnostic Imaging and Blue Elevators-all on your right. This is along hall.
At the elevators, turn left.
At the end of the short hallway, turn right.
Make your next right and continue down the hallway to the Green elevators.
Take the Green elevator down to B.
Follow signs to the Images Café. The meeting room is just off the dining area.

For Green 1.245 Radiation Oncology Garden Room and Conference Room

At the bottom of the escalator, turn left to the Green Zone.
Pass Health Corners, Diagnostic Imaging and Blue Elevators-all on your right. This is along hall.
At the elevators, turn left.
At the end of the short hallway, turn left. Follow signs to Radiation Oncology.
Turn left into Green 1.245.
Turn right at the double doors.
Conference Room is on the right. Garden room is on the left of the fountain.
