Cancer Lifeline provides non-medical support to all people affected by cancer. Located near Green Lake, Cancer Lifeline is one of Seattle’s oldest cancer support service organizations and began with a 24 hour toll free “lifeline” in 1973. Today, Cancer Lifeline has support services and programs in 16 Western Washington counties including three partner hospitals; Valley Medical Center, Evergreen Hostpital and Medical Center and Northwest Hospital. Cancer Lifeline’s mission is to optimize the quality of life for all people living with cancer                                      

Cancer Lifeline is looking for a person with interest and experience in fundraising to join our Fund Development Committee. Committee members will work with the Development Department and CEO to help broaden our fundraising activities. Our primary objective is to recruit a person with fresh ideas, strong leadership abilities and is excited about representing Cancer Lifeline and our mission.

Strong networking and stewardship skills, along with previous non-profit or Development experience is a plus.
