Cancer Lifeline welcomes gifts of stock in support of our free programs and services.

Your broker will need to know 1) the name of the company whose stock you wish to transfer, and 2) the number of shares. They’ll also need information about Cancer Lifeline’s brokerage account at Charles Schwab:

* Please note: If the stock is already in a Schwab account, it can be transferred to Cancer Lifeline’s account by providing a letter of authorization to Marty House either by mail or FAX, signed by all account owners, rather than using the DTC number.

Cancer Lifeline will need to hear from you directly so we can confirm and acknowledge your gift because, for legal reasons, your brokerage firm can’t reveal your identity to us.
