The Komen Patient Assistance Fund at Cancer Lifeline
Cancer Lifeline is happy to partner with Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation—Puget Sound Affiliate to provide financial assistance to low-income women in treatment for breast cancer. To be eligible in 2010, patients must be:
- at or under 250% of poverty
- within a 3-month window of active treatment for breast cancer
- live or be treated in Clallam, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, Thurston, Wahkiakum or Whatcom County
Financial assistance is available for a variety of daily needs, including rent, utilities, food, health insurance/COBRA payments and lymphedema garments. You'll find more details in the links below. Call 206-832-1282 if you have any questions.
