This program will help you organize a care team of family and friends. A Cancer Lifeline facilitator will conduct a meeting to set up your Share the Care Support team.

Research Study: "Are you an adult who has been diagnosed with cancer? Would you like to participate in research that may help improve the quality of life for people living with cancer?
